Dalchini is a pure-veg fine Indian restaurant and banquet in Jaipur, built around bold flavours and honest spices, with outdoor catering handled by Dalchini Caterers.

Apnaaapan runs the brand on social: monthly content plans, in-restaurant shoots, reels and festive campaigns that show the food, the space and the people who fill it.

Challenges and what Apnaaapan did

• A new dining and banquet address that most of Jaipur had not seen yet. A steady content calendar built around signature dishes, the banquet hall and the evenings people come for.
• Photos of food alone do not show what an evening at Dalchini feels like. Shoots that mix dishes, ambience and guests, cut into reels made for Instagram.
• Festivals and seasons are when families book tables and functions. Campaign posts for festivals and the monsoon menu, planned ahead of each occasion.

Creative direction

The direction stays warm and appetising: candlelit interiors, close-up food and drink, and Devanagari type alongside English, so the feed feels like the restaurant.

Design

Menu highlights, festive greetings and offer posts, all in the same warm palette so the grid reads as one brand.
